Welcome to 4to.do ("4todo", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using 4todo ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use 4todo. By using the Service, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. You agree that all activities occurring under your account are your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized use, please contact us immediately.

3. Subscription and Payment

Some features of 4todo require a paid subscription.
All fees are displayed before purchase.
Payments are securely processed through Creem.
All payments are non-refundable.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

4. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

Use 4todo for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
Reverse-engineer or exploit the Service.
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

5. Data & Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Our data practices are explained in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. By using 4todo, you consent to our handling of data as described there.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to 4todo (software, design, brand, and content) remain the property of 4todo or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal productivity purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, 4todo's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). Nothing here affects any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email or in-app. By continuing to use the Service after updates, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
