OpenClaw + 4todo

Capture tasks from chat, then prioritize them with the Eisenhower Matrix (urgent vs important).

A quick, realistic chat flow: you send a short message, the skill updates your matrix.

Capabilities

What 4todo can do (and what OpenClaw / clawdbot can automate for you).

4todo

Eisenhower Matrix (4 quadrants)

Organize tasks by urgency × importance into four simple buckets: urgent & important, important (not urgent), urgent (not important), and neither.

Move & reorder

Move tasks across quadrants and reorder within a quadrant to keep your priorities in the right order.

Workspaces

Keep work and life separate. Create and use multiple workspaces (for example, Project, Life, Personal).

Recurring tasks

Create, update, and delete recurring tasks (daily / weekly / monthly), with timezone support.

OpenClaw skill

OpenClaw / clawdbot integration

Turn chat into a clean plan. The skill can capture tasks from messy notes, remember which workspace you mean, ask quick clarifying questions, and keep your matrix up to date (add, complete, move, reorder, recurring).

Secure auth & runtime

Security-first and reliable: your 4todo token stays in your environment (never in the chat transcript), requests are HTTPS-only, and the skill runs anywhere curl is available (including sandboxed containers).

Showcase

Realistic messages you can send to OpenClaw / clawdbot in work and daily life.

Work

Turn interruptions into a clean plan.

My Project Apollo notes are a mess. Can you turn them into a clean 4todo plan?
Yes. Which workspace should I use? Paste your notes and I’ll extract tasks, keep urgent items small, and put the rest in important (not urgent).
Use Project workspace. Notes: fix checkout bug, unblock QA (blocked by env), update release notes, schedule design review, send status update.
Done. Added 5 tasks to Project. I marked Fix checkout bug and Unblock QA as urgent & important, and placed the rest in important (not urgent).
Make Unblock QA the top urgent item (it’s blocking everything), then Fix checkout bug.
Reordered.

Life

Capture errands and keep urgent tasks small.

I want a calmer day. Add these to my Life workspace and prioritize them.
Sure. Paste the list. If you don’t specify urgency, I’ll assume time-sensitive bills and calls are urgent.
Tasks: pay rent, call dentist, buy groceries, plan meals. Also add a recurring Weekly review every Friday in important (not urgent).
Done. Added 4 tasks to Life and created the weekly recurring review. I marked rent and the dentist call as urgent & important.

Social

Stay responsive without losing focus.

I keep forgetting follow-ups. Help me capture a few social tasks and a recurring reminder.
Sure. Which workspace should I use, and what should be recurring (weekly/monthly)?
Use Personal workspace. Add: reply to Alex, send birthday message to Sam. Also create a monthly recurring Check in with parents in important (not urgent).
Done. Added 2 tasks to Personal and created the monthly recurring reminder in important (not urgent).
Actually, make reply to Alex urgent & important. I’m late.
Moved.
